Churches.

How we can help.

Mission partners are sent and sustained through the prayer, care, and commitment of their local churches. GC3 exists to serve churches in this role, providing resources, guidance, and practical support as they care for those they send.

We help churches stay informed, connected, and confident in supporting their mission partners well, while also encouraging a growing vision for mission within their congregations and among future generations.

Mission Ambassadors.

John and Wendy are available to support churches as they navigate mission partnership well. They work closely with churches to strengthen relationships with current Mission Partners, assist churches as new Mission Partners are preparing to go, and help congregations understand the many ways they can engage meaningfully with mission.

Through conversation, guidance, and connection, John and Wendy help churches feel confident, informed, and supported in their mission involvement.

Mission
Sunday
Kete.

The Mission Sunday Kete is a curated resource designed to help churches plan and host meaningful Mission Sundays with confidence. It brings together practical tools, stories, prayer resources, and suggested activities that make it easier for congregations to understand mission, engage with current Mission Partners, and explore how individuals and families might participate in mission in the future.

The kete is intended to be flexible and adaptable, supporting churches of different sizes and contexts as they encourage informed, prayerful, and practical engagement with God’s mission.

Daily Prayer Guide.

Pray for the people and work of GC3.

The Daily Prayer Guide is an annual printed booklet that helps churches and individuals pray regularly and intentionally for Mission Partners sent from Brethren and Brethren Heritage churches.

Each day highlights a specific Mission Partner, with prayer points that are also reflected in our weekly e-Connect email updates and on individual Mission Partner profiles (referenced as Day xx). This helps create a shared rhythm of prayer across churches and supporters.

If you would like to order copies of the Daily Prayer Guide for your church or community, please contact admin@gc3.org.nz.
