Allan and Marven support Christian leaders and theological education across Asia through leadership development, spiritual direction, and advisory work.
What our week looks like
After more than 25 years serving in Southeast Asia, Allan and Marven are now based in Australia, where they continue to support ministry across Asia as opportunities arise.
Marven offers regular spiritual direction to leaders in a range of ministry contexts, helping them remain spiritually and emotionally grounded in their roles.
Allan works with theological colleges and networks across Asia, contributing to leadership development, academic supervision, and governance. He is involved in advisory work, research projects, and training initiatives that strengthen how leaders are equipped for ministry.
Together, their work supports the ongoing growth of the Church in Asia by encouraging leaders to be well-equipped, resilient, and sustained in their calling.

Contributing towards the administration fee
If you would like to donate towards the 8% administration fee, this will be added to your gift. Please search for the project Service Support Contribution and add the 8% fee (maximum $200) there. Otherwise, 8% will be deducted from your gift.
Donations made to People or Projects incur an 8% administration fee. Donations to GC3 or Headspace do not incur this fee.
